Time flies. Especially when you’re having fun.
That’s how the saying goes right? It’s true. But at the moment it flies all the time. Fun or no fun. My days are too short. The weekends gone in a flash. Even the workdays seem to rush by in an instant. Or is that just me?
Too much to do, and not enough time. 🙂
In previous newsletters I told you about the box set that I’m in with all of the Fairy Tale retellings. Mine is a funny variation on Snow White. She is definitely not what you would expect a princess to be. There are 23 books in the box set and it is now available on preorder.

| If we get the sales on Ibooks up, then it looks like we’ll actually make the USA Today list in the fall. That would be fantastic.
I’m also in another box set; one with a Halloween theme. The book is coming along, though I would like it to be further to tell you the truth. But I’ll get there.
So how are you all holding up in these strange times?
In Europe we are slowly starting to relax some of the Covid 19 rules.Here in Holland, the terraces outside are open again. It looks so much nicer and alive now. The restaurants and pubs are also allowed to open for business, though with less than normal capacity and only if you book in advance. But they are open and the owners can finally make an income again.
The borders are opening up and we can move from one country to another. Not all of them. Only the ones that are in about the same phase of the pandemic as Holland. Lots of people are planning their summer holidays. Countries like Spain and France are actually a possibility now. If, and that’s a big “if”, we don’t get a second wave.
So here’s fingers crossed that the worst is behind us and we can slowly get back to what in some ways might resemble normal life.
We can’t really complain too much. The lock down here was what they called a “social lockdown” where it was very much up to everyone to take their own responsibility. Not like Italy or some of the other countries where people weren’t able to leave their homes. So we came off “lightly”.
We’ll see what the summer brings. For now, let’s be optimistic and hope that the improvements continue.

My regular genre is Urban Fantasy, though I have combined this with Romance–reverse harem actually–in my new series: The Prophecy. Assassin’s Choice is the first book in that series. The Primal Series also features some Romance, but they are more Urban Fantasy than actual Romance books. All are 18+ due to the content (steamy and violent sometimes)
