How are you holding up in these trying times?
I cannot imagine how difficult it must be for many people.
Personally, I have it easy. I can work from home, my regular job, and have a steady income. I have a lot of space around my house so that I can go outside and still keep to the regulations and I have loads of animals around me to keep me company.
Most of you are not so fortunate. The majority of my readers live in the US and the UK. Both countries are hit much more than we are here in Holland. I sincerely hope that you are doing well and that your future looks good. Please hang in there, even if it is very difficult. I really believe that we can beat this if we all work together.
I understand that it is difficult to stay at home when your income and your family’s wellbeing depends on it. When you have a business that is your life and it’s now in danger. And it can’t be easy to keep children busy and content when they can’t go out to pay or see their friends. There are also many people who are alone and feeling lonely now that they cannot mingle with anyone.
I feel for you.
I hope that this pandemic takes a turn for the best and we are able to get to the new normal.

New normal?
Yes, because I don’t think that every thing will go back to how it was before Corvid. Too much has happened. But the new normal just might be a better one. One of the positives that have come out of this terrible illness is the way that people are much more aware of each other. Here in Holland, we appreciate each other more. Many people are taking care of their neighbours. More are helping out and volunteering to assist those who are suffering. We are much more aware of all of the people who keep our world running. The ones we have taken for granted for so long. The health workers, but also the people who pick up all our garbage, the supermarket employees, the postal workers, and many many more.

Here’s to all of you. Thank you. Thank you very much.

I hope that we keep that appreciation after the pandemic. These people deserve our appreciation.

I can’t do much more to help you all than to offer you some entertainment in the form of books that will help you while away the hours till you can get out again. If you click on the images below you will go to sites where you can get discounted and free books.

For seventeen years Alexis “Lexi” Turner has been running. From foster homes, creeps on the street and the law.
Lexi is a survivor, she has spent her whole life moving from one abusive foster home to the next, until she decided to take charge of her own life. Living in abandoned buildings, couch surfing and working at a strip clubs are huge improvement on what she had before.
All she needs is enough money to feed herself, finish high school and hopefully go to college.
She has a plan.
That is until she is caught and sent to live with a strange foster family up-state, —her new high school isn’t much better.
Rafferty King was forced like Lexi to this new foster home, but he fits in better. And that’s saying something for a total misfit. Hot as hell and getting into fights, while ignoring her existence. Whatever.
Then there are the twins Ranger and Maverick, also known as “The joker and The Loner.” They know who she is and give her the new girl treatment she is all too familiar with.
And how can a history teacher look that hot, there should be rules against that kind of thing. But there is something about Galen Donovani, that has Lexi feeling safe when he is near.
While everyone else avoids him.

What the hell is going on in the state of Washington. And why are there so many wolves roaming at Port Willow High!

Three of the most dangerously stunning fae crashed into my life, and now things will never be the same again.
Intoxicating eyes.
Devilish lips.
Dangerous intentions.

They only show me a part of who they are, a portion of the secrets they hide. But am I ready to discover the truth of who I really am and what I am capable of?

Burning hot sequel in the brand new ‘WINTER’S THORN’ Trilogy.

Amid blood and death they escaped their pride and home
…and ran away to start a new life. But can you ever really leave the past behind?

Twenty-eight year old cat shifter Enyowas has spent the last sixteen years taking care of his family. As the Tom of the Spite Cat clan, he also runs Spokane’s Enforcement for preternatural protection—a secret organization that protects supes and humans from the predators that would hunt them.
But when a series of strange events leads to his sister’s death, Enyowas realizes they have a serial killer.
Filled with guilt over the past he’s never been able to get out of his head, and now for his sister, Enyowas only wants to grieve in peace. But duties don’t wait for anyone. So when he’s asked to help a rare female leopard shifter, he goes. Only, he isn’t prepared for how she makes him feel. How she makes him want something he never thought to have.

Betrayal has left Enyowas guarded and unavailable. But as he learns the truth about what’s really going on, Enyowas has a choice to make. Will he accept what is right in front of him, or continue to protect his heart from more hurt?

The last thing Ash expects when she lands in Clearwater, Florida is to be stalked by a troubled teenager. If that’s not bad enough, she is caught in a shooting spree next to the nearby elementary school. The cops think it’s an attempt at mass killing, but Ash wonders if the only victim was specifically targeted by the killer. Will she manage to identify him and have him arrested before he comes after her?

I send out a newsletter twice a month, on the 1st and 15th. The newsletters are filled with updates of my books, some great recommendations for books that I loved, and lots of free or discounted books. I also often add competitions.
My regular genre is Urban Fantasy, though I have combined this with Romance–reverse harem actually–in my new series: The Prophecy. Assassin’s Choice is the first book in that series. The Primal Series also features some Romance, but they are more Urban Fantasy than actual Romance books. All are 18+ due to the content (steamy and violent sometimes)

Thanks again for reading my newsletter, stay safe.
Happy reading.
