| The weather has gone nuts here.
It’s February 15th, but 15 degrees centigrade, and tomorrow it will be two degrees warmer. Nature is just as confused as I am. Flowers are shooting up out of the ground, trees are already in bloom, birds are singing. My two dogs are already losing their winter coat. The horses are rubbing their thick fur off on just about anything they can find, and wrecking everything in the meantime. I mean, 900 kilos of horse (just the gelding) will push over any wooden pole if he really has the itch. A bit premature. It could just as easily turn down the heat outside and freeze at night. I mean; it’s supposed to be winter.
If this is winter I wonder what summer will be like?
The evenings are still dark and made for a good book and a glass of wine. Okay, the wine is only in the weekend.
I’m busy with the next instalment of The Prophecy Series. What will happen now that Trish knows about her role in the Prophecy to bring down The Council? How will her two beaus get on together in the new order?
Sorry, but you’ll have to wait for a bit longer. To tell you the truth, I don’t know myself. I never really know exactly how the story will go until I’ve finished it. I think I mentioned this once before, but I don’t write in order. I write a scene when it comes to me and then put it on a time line. All of the scenes together form the basis of the story and I then write them together. It can go anyway. Somewhere deep in my sub conscious, I think there is an inkling of how the story will go. But I don’t know it consciously until it’s finished. I often surprise myself.
It’s fun to see where these thing go to.
