How many books do you have?

I can never have too many books. There is no such thing in my opinion. You should have seen my house two years ago, I had one room–I called it the library–that was wall to wall books. There must have been thousands there. All different genres, most thrillers, some horror, some fantasy and all of Terry Pratchett’s books which I absolutely love.
I had to change the room to an office so the books had to go. That turned out to be in boxes in another room. Maybe it’s an author thing, but I can’t throw books in the trash. In the meantime the few shelves I have left in the office are filled with new books.
I will never learn.

For those of you who have never heard of Sir Terry Pratchett, shame on you. No seriously, his books are the funniest fantasy that I have ever, ever read. Terry was a fantastic author. He wrote the Disc World series. They are about a fantasy world; the Disk World, that is held up by four elephants as it floats on the back of a space turtle through the universe. Terry had the enviable ability to take something that we know from this world and introduce it to the inhabitants of the Disc World in an absolutely hilarious way. Things like: Trains, Newspaper, Banks, Football. All wrapped up in magic, wizards, witches and vegetarian vampires. If you have some spare time, check his books out. They are really worth it. Proper English Humour.

In the last newsletter I promised you that I would reveal the cover for the book that I am writing for the Box Set that I hope will get me the coveted title of “New York Best Selling Author. Well here it is. I’d love to hear what you think about it.
In the meantime. Here are some books that I’m going to read, and the free prequel of my Primal Series in the Dark and Daring Fantasy giveaway.

ORACLE

CARISSA ANDREWS

Even psychics have their blind spots.

I’ve never not seen the past, present, or future accurately — until I met Blake Wilson, that is.

Okay, so that’s a lie.
I also don’t remember the first 20-some odd years of my life. But when you’re 2,384, what’s a couple of decades lost?
Turns out — enough to unravel everything.

All I know now is, I better figure out a way around my blind spots — or die trying.
Kids’ lives depend on it.

HARDER THAN DIAMOND

JACY WARD & CHLOE FISHER
Shay
I can’t trust him!
There’s something almost pre-destined about the way Coy and I keep getting thrown into each other’s lives.
And I don’t believe in destiny.
But damn, every time I stare into his dark eyes, I want to spill all of my secrets. Nothing good can come of this attraction – and I’m starting to think that he has more secrets than I do…
Coy
She showed up outside the compound I grew up in when we were kids, then almost 20 years later she showed up on my doorstep in the middle of the night, bleeding and scared, but unwilling to tell me what the hell was going on.
How am I supposed to keep her safe if she doesn’t trust me?
She’s haunted my dreams ever since we were separated as kids. And now… now I can’t get her out of my mind. Her scent drives me crazy, and every time we touch, it’s like a burst of power passes between us.
After training for combat since he was a toddler, Coy also became one of the world’s best computer hackers, and yeah, he has an extra ‘talent’ or two.
But it turns out, so does Shay…
