Oh my goodness, is it the 15th already?
It feels like yesterday that I sent out my last newsletter.
Funny really, how the perception of time is so relative. When I’m are all rushed and have tons of things to do, time flies. And when I’m stuck in an exceptionally boring meeting, or in the train on the never-ending trip back home, time stands still.
Do you have the same thing?
What’s the solution? How do I make time fly when I want it to, and initiate snail-time when I’m enjoying myself. If you have the answer, I’d be very interested to hear it 🙂
So why am I so busy?
Well, along with my writing, like so many Indie-authors, I hold down a full time job. Though “full-time” is quite relative. With the travelling and all the extras, it generally adds up to one-and-a-half times full-time. Not ideal, if the rest of your life is just as busy, but hey, it’s a great job. I’m a business consultant and currently deployed to sort out processes at a big international company. Talk about a challenge.
As if that was not enough–and no, it isn’t– I’m busy writing the sequel to The Beast Inside and promoting all the books I already have available.
The next book: tentatively called “Inside the Insanity” or something like that, is coming along great. Some of the new characters from The Beast Inside will play prominent roles and I have a few unexpected turns in the plot up my sleeve. That’s all the hints for now. Sorry, you’ll have to wait. But I promise that I’ll give you some more peeks in the following newsletters.
I have decided to visit the London Book Fair this year. So I will be off to England in April. Me being me, I want to go prepared, so I’m making a promotional package just in case I find anyone who wants to offer me a multi million pound book deal 🙂 Yeah, I wish.
And then there’s the dogs and horses, who feel completely ignored and neglected. I really have to give them more attention. No chore, It’s fun. Oh yes. I need to have some fun too. So this weekend I’m going to the new Marvel film: The Black Panther. The reviews are great.
